Billora | Medical Billing CRM & Analytics Dashboard

Billora is a medical billing CRM dashboard designed to automate revenue cycles and transform complex claim data into actionable financial insight, built for healthcare administrators, claims analysts, and financial managers. The project followed a structured three-week process, from Discovery (industry research and competitive analysis) through Design (branding, moodboard, wireframing, visual system) to Delivery (UX/UI, prototyping, design system).

Research surfaced four recurring friction points in existing billing tools: overwhelming and poorly organized data, difficulty tracking claim statuses across multiple stages, lack of visual indicators for urgent actions, and time consuming manual filtering. Each was answered with a specific design pattern; a prioritized KPI grid checked 8 to 15 times daily, a color coded three-dot status system to reduce cognitive load, urgency based card sorting for the daily task list, and a smart filter bar for date and payer.

The final product covers a full brand identity, a 12-column responsive system, light and dark modes, and three connected screens, Dashboard, Claims List, and Payments; each built to make financial decisions faster and reduce cognitive fatigue across the revenue cycle.
